Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, skincare and personal care products cannot be returned once opened or used.

However, returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

To be eligible for a return request:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product must remain unused and in its original packaging

  • Clear photos/videos must be provided for verification

Refunds
